Kutaisi International Airport Announces ₾3.5 Million Tender for New Parking Lot Construction

A tender worth ₾3.5 million has been announced for the construction of a new parking lot near Kutaisi International Airport. The Union of Georgian Airports has issued the tender and will accept proposals from March 9 to March 14.
The project includes the design and construction of a new parking lot near the terminal of the airport, including the design and arrangement of parking lots, highways, footpaths, drainage systems, installation of electric light poles, and a decorative fence. The contractor must also create project documentation as per the existing design project. To be eligible, bidders must have completed at least five road infrastructural facilities, each with an area of at least 15,000 sq.m., and at least five road infrastructure design services, including the design of a parking lot with at least 500 spaces.
The bidder's turnover of construction works from 2018 to the tender's opening date should be at least ₾61,000,000 including VAT.
