Tbilisi City Court Prohibits USA2GEORGIA from Seizing Customers' packages

The Tbilisi City Court has ruled in favor of customers' property rights in the USA2GEORGIA dispute, upholding the decision made by the Georgian National Competition Agency.
The court determined that if a customer does not pay a 30-day storage fee, their cargo will not be immediately seized. USA2GEORGIA company is prohibited from holding any goods in storage until a final judgement is reached in January.
The National Competition Agency has received 107 complaints and is currently investigating 58 of them. The agency began an investigation into the alleged violation of consumers' rights by USA2GEORGIA in December 2022.
