2022 Trade Report: Top Companies Exporting and Importing between Georgia and Ukraine

In 2022, Ukraine ranked 9th among Georgia's foreign trade partners with a 2.7% share, compared to its 6th place in 2021. According to the National Statistics Office of Georgia, the trade turnover between the two countries was USD 507 million, a decrease of 33.2% from the previous year.
The primary exports from Georgia to Ukraine were motor cars, accounting for 51.6% of the total exports with a value of USD 232 million, according to Geostat. Imports from Ukraine to Georgia totaled USD 274 million 890 thousand, the lowest in the past decade, with motor cars being the most imported item.
